Tons of fixes included.

* Almost all levels got reworked 

* Centaurs are in instead of minotaurs (dont worry minotaurs will return)

*New death animations and particaleffects for all enemies

*visual indicators for the player when starting a new level

*Objectives are now displayed next to the level number, A key for key collecting levels and a skull for murder levels.
